HOW THEY HOLD THE MAIL

I used to collect my mail at general delivery. However, they would always try to cheat me of collecting my mail since the covid-19 stimulus started to come.

One of the truck they would do is to tell the person in front of me that there was no mail. Then there would be no mail for me.

Another trick that they would do was t selectively give me the mail. So I would get bills but no stimulus check.

Sometimes a mail would come that I would have to sign for so they had to give it to me but we're reluctant to do so.

One of the last thing that I noticed was that a Chinese girl was denied something and she walked off feeling lost. I knew from experiencing ence that the staff was cheating her but I had to avoid disenfranchise myself and get my mail.

I watched her walk away.

Some strategies than would use was to go when someone nice was there but that was rarely. Another strategy I would use was to go on different days and times each time.

This is the government that should serve but employs crazy people who cheat you. You should be better off, but they won't cheat a bad person.

Recently, I have noticed that I am being surveillance by police. This essentially is a crime, which led to stalking, harassment, intimidation, assault, and disorientation.  They stalk me by sending out vehicles to pass by, cut me off, and even go ahead of me, or turn away away as I am approaching, or behind me when I look back. They even fly helicopters above my head. 1. Never use your cellphone to do business that will give away locations. Do the business particular to the area. 2. Always break up your travel between burroughs so that you are not trailer. Always go into a Burroughs before taking a train out. 3. Try not to suspect others who the police may incriminate through conflation or conspiracy with other organizations. 4. Be mindful that seemingly average people could have connections with the police and may be working for and/or with them. 5. Turn everything into butter.

THE FORMS ARE NOT GOOD

The copies of documents at the courthouse were such that they seemed to be from the 1980's. I suspected that it was done so that people would be dissuaded from filing them, or that they would throw you off. 2 or 3 years ago, I heard that the people had protested for upgrades. These same people were combining about the bathrooms and the general situation at the courthouse. Maybe these negative things would make a defendant feel uneasy, or it would work against a plaintiff. Either way, neutral is supposed to be the standard. The facts and the evidence will bring for the outcome.

SKIMMERS AND SHIMMERS

Recently, funds were stolen from 2 accounts linked to 1 card. This has happened to me 3 times now. The first time my deposit was gone by the time I entered my pin at a bank of America ATM at a train station hub. The second time there was less than 20 dollars in the account and it was stolen from a MTA ticket vending machine. On the third time, a deposit from both of my accounts were gone by the time I entered my pin. I had gotten a replacement card after the first theft, but I had changed my pin after the second theft. Since this third theft, I have learned strategic ways of combating and being proactive. I was always checking the card slot with a flashlight and the pin pad by feeling it, and otherwise covering my hand when I entered my pin, but I was still scammed.
